Connect your Pokemon games to PokeAchieve and track your achievements automatically. Works with RetroArch on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Download the Tracker

Get the PokeAchieve Tracker app for your operating system. The tracker connects to RetroArch and sends your progress to your PokeAchieve account.

Setup RetroArch

Enable Network Commands in RetroArch so the tracker can read your game data.

  • Open RetroArch
  • Go to Settings → Network
  • Enable Network Command
  • Set Port to 55355
  • Restart RetroArch

Get Your API Key

Generate an API key from your PokeAchieve dashboard. This allows the tracker to sync with your account.

  • Log in to your PokeAchieve account
  • Go to Dashboard → API Keys
  • Click Generate New Key
  • Copy the key (shown only once!)
  • Paste it into the tracker settings

Start Tracking

Launch the tracker and start playing! The tracker will automatically detect your game and sync achievements.

  • Open the PokeAchieve Tracker
  • Enter your API key
  • Click Start Tracking
  • Load your Pokemon ROM in RetroArch
  • Play normally - achievements sync automatically!

Frequently Asked Questions

❓ Do I need to keep the tracker running?

Yes, the tracker needs to be running while you play to detect achievements. You can minimize it to the system tray - it will continue working in the background.

❓ Is my game save data safe?

Absolutely! The tracker only reads memory to detect achievements and Pokemon catches. It never modifies your save files.

❓ Can I use this on a real Game Boy/GBA?

The tracker requires RetroArch (an emulator) to read game memory. Physical cartridges cannot be tracked directly.

❓ What if the tracker disconnects?

Don't worry! The tracker will automatically reconnect to RetroArch when available. Your progress is saved locally and synced when the connection is restored.
